Talbots Law is seeking an accomplished Commercial Property Director to lead our team, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional client service. This is a senior leadership role requiring both technical expertise and strong management and entrepreneurial capability.

What the job involves:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Commercial Property team
  • Drive performance, efficiency, and professional growth across the department whilst fostering a collaborative, values-led culture
  • Build and strengthen client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the firm’s commercial property offering
  • Represent Talbots Law at networking events and industry forums
  • Oversee complex commercial property transactions (sales, acquisitions, leases, re-mortgages)
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients and colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards

 

What you need:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant experience in Commercial Property (minimum 7 years PQE)
  • Proven track record of team leadership and management
  • Strong business development skills with ability to grow client base and revenue streams
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial property law and transaction processes
  • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and client-focused approach
