What the job involves:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Commercial Property team
- Drive performance, efficiency, and professional growth across the department whilst fostering a collaborative, values-led culture
- Build and strengthen client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the firm’s commercial property offering
- Represent Talbots Law at networking events and industry forums
- Oversee complex commercial property transactions (sales, acquisitions, leases, re-mortgages)
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients and colleagues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
What you need:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant experience in Commercial Property (minimum 7 years PQE)
- Proven track record of team leadership and management
- Strong business development skills with ability to grow client base and revenue streams
- Excellent knowledge of commercial property law and transaction processes
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and client-focused approach
