Our experienced Landlord & Tenant and Housing Law solicitors are here to help ensure that you remain compliant throughout the life of your tenancies and also to effectively manage issues with tenants, including rent arrears or evictions.

The Talbots story
When we opened our doors for the very first time, we offered Conveyancing services from an office in Stourbridge. That was 1991. We still do that but much has changed.
What our clients say about us
Excellent service for the purchase of our house recently - we were kept informed at all stages and any queries we raised were answered promptly and professionally. Very happy with the service for the cost and would not hesitate to use them again.
Excellent service received through out this process. Always kept in the loop and up to date with everything that was going on. It made this process run very smoothly.
Talbots were great from start to finish. I would 100% recommend them and would use them again in the future.
Excellent customer service, informed all the way through the selling process - emails answered in a timely manner, would highly recommend.
Gave good and helpful advice and kept us informed throughout the process. The matter was dealt with in a professional but friendly manner and we were confident that it was in good hands.
Used Talbots in the past and by far best solicitor I've come across. Always on the ball, keep you updated every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much and replies were received quickly. Overall we are so pleased with the service and quality from Talbots.
Our experience with Talbot Law from start to finish has been very good. We have been kept informed, given lots of clear information to help us with our decision making and arrive at the best outcome for the future.
Team of great professional people to work with very helpful, make difficult things very easy. Thank you!
We had such a pleasant experience the first time round and once again a flawless experience with selling/buying the second time. Communication during the process was outstanding. I would highly recommend anyone to use Talbots Law and have no doubt you'll have the best experience.
