Who will I meet at the appointment?

Your appointment will be conducted by a specialist Family Law solicitor, ensuring you receive expert advice tailored to your situation.

What types of matters can I discuss?

During the session, you can seek advice on family-related legal matters including (but not limited to): child arrangements, separation, divorce, cohabitation, prenuptial agreements, wills, and inheritance issues. These areas fall under Talbots’ comprehensive Family Law offering.

Where do I attend the appointment?

Talbots Law operates across numerous offices throughout the West Midlands and surrounding counties. You can choose the location most convenient for you.

What happens after the appointment?

If you decide to proceed after the initial appointment, your solicitor can guide you through the next steps, whether that’s drafting legal documents, lodging applications, or representing you in court or negotiations.
