Tim Jones is an Associate & Contested Probate Executive in our Contested Probate team, Dispute Resolution, working from our Stourbridge office.

Tim qualified as a Solicitor in September 2003. He deals with a broad spectrum of probate disputes including Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 disputes; will validity advice; proprietary estoppel/constructive trust claims; actions to remove and/or substitute executors and trustees; ancillary probate and trust disputes.
