Svetlana Thorogood is a Conveyancing Executive in our National Conveyancing Department, based in our Waterfront office (remote).

Svetlana is a Conveyancing Executive specialising in residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters. She acts for a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to experienced homeowners, providing clear, practical advice and a smooth conveyancing experience throughout.

She holds a CLC Licence and is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade, where she obtained her Law degree. Svetlana has built her career in residential conveyancing through a variety of roles, gaining extensive hands-on experience across the full transaction lifecycle.

Svetlana works closely with clients, lenders, and agents to ensure transactions progress efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy, communication, and client care.
