Sherian is a Solicitor & Associate and is Head of the Worcester Property Team.  She has experience of all forms of residential conveyancing transactions, including unregistered titles, help to buy, shared ownership and sales arising from bereavement.  With specific experience of handling probate conveyancing transactions Sherian offers all clients the sensitivity and care that is required in not only probate sales, but in all conveyancing matters.

After graduating from the University of Wolverhampton in 1996 with an LLB Hons, Sherian went on to complete her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and was admitted to the Law Society Roll of Solicitors in 2002.

Sherian began her legal career in the court service in 1991 where she worked within the general litigation, family law and care departments, before becoming a court clerk to family circuit judges and Baroness Hale of Richmond.  During this time she studied for her law degree and in 1997 moved into private practice in Worcester, and then Evesham where she moved into residential conveyancing.  After a career break to raise her family, Sherian returned to the legal profession to concentrate on residential conveyancing transactions and worked full time through the Covid pandemic and Stamp Duty holiday.
