Selina Shahid is a Solicitor in the New Homes Conveyancing Department based at our Waterfront offices.

After gaining her LLB at the University of Birmingham, Selina went on to study her Masters and LPC at the University of Law in 2016, on the weekend course, alongside working and gaining legal experience.  She worked for a well-known estate agent, which gave her a unique insight into the property sector, allowing her to see the perspective of agents in maintaining strong working relations, as well as the legal role.  One of Selina’s strengths is the ability to work cohesively with others.

In 2018 she started her training contract at a specialist property law firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2020.  During her training, she particularly enjoyed development site set ups and working on new build plots, which has led her to specialise in new build property
