Samantha Oakley is a Solicitor in our Family Legal Aid team, based at our Kidderminster office.

Samantha studied Law at the University of Birmingham, graduating with a 2:1 degree in 2016. Whilst studying for her degree, Samantha volunteered for the Birmingham Free Legal Advice Group and assisted members of the public with various legal queries. She then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course in conjunction with an MSc in Business and Management at the University of Law in 2017 where she obtained a Distinction.

Since joining Talbots full-time in 2017 (following work experience placements and temporary roles within the firm), Samantha has assisted in our Family, Trusts and Estates and also our Criminal Departments, but has learnt that her passion lies in Family Law.
