Jen Ford is an Associate & Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial Team, working in our Stourbridge office.

Jen advises clients on a broad range of corporate law matters, with particular expertise in business acquisitions and disposals (whether by share or asset sale) as well as group reorganisations. She has supported clients across diverse sectors, including automotive, childcare, manufacturing, technology, construction, and media.

Jen qualified as a Manx Advocate in 2021 and as a Solicitor in 2022. Her combined onshore and offshore experience gives her a unique perspective when guiding clients through complex corporate transactions.
