We’re proud to announce that seven of our practice areas have been recognised in the latest edition of The Legal 500 rankings, alongside three individual recognitions for members of our team.
Our latest Legal 500 results see Talbots Law recognised across a broad range of legal services, reflecting the depth and expertise of our teams and the work we do for individuals, families and businesses across the Midlands and beyond.
Our six ranked practice areas are:
- Commercial Litigation – Tier 2
- Company & Commercial – Tier 4
- Family – Tier 3
- Agriculture – Tier 3
- Trusts & Estates – Tier 4
- Personal Injury – Tier 4
- Contentious Probate – Tier 4
Progress for our Personal Injury and Contentious Probate teams
We’re particularly pleased to see our Personal Injury and Contentious Probate teams progress from being recognised as Firms to Watch to achieving full Tier 4 rankings.
Both teams have continued to develop their expertise and reputation, supporting clients through what can often be complex, challenging and highly personal legal matters.
Our Personal Injury team supports clients following accidents and injuries, helping them understand their legal rights and pursue appropriate compensation where they have suffered harm.
Meanwhile, our Contentious Probate team advises clients where disputes arise following someone’s death, including disagreements over Wills, estates and inheritance. The team works closely with colleagues across our wider Trusts & Estates and Dispute Resolution teams where matters require expertise across multiple areas of law.
We are also delighted to share that our Agriculture team have been ranked in Tier 3 at the first time of asking, which is a fantastic achievement for Sean Spinetto and his team.
These new rankings sit alongside recognition for four other established areas of our work, with our Commercial Litigation team ranked Tier 2, Family team ranked Tier 3, and our Company & Commercial and Trusts & Estates teams both ranked Tier 4.
Recognition for our people
The latest Legal 500 results also recognise three individuals from across our teams.
Adam Pike has been recognised as a Leading Partner, while Nasar Sarwar has been named a Leading Associate. Harbinder Kaur Gosal has also been recognised as a Next Generation Partner.
Individual recognition is particularly important to us because it reflects the expertise and commitment of the people behind the services we provide to our clients every day.
Our teams bring together specialists across a wide range of legal disciplines, allowing us to provide joined-up support where clients’ needs cross different areas of law.
Recognition that reflects our continued growth
As an employee-owned law firm, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’ve continued to grow our teams, expand our expertise and strengthen our presence across the regions we serve, while maintaining our focus on providing clear, practical and personal legal advice.
Rankings in independent legal directories such as The Legal 500 provides valuable insight into the quality of work being carried out by our teams and the experience of working with our people.
We’re delighted to see six of our practice areas recognised in the latest rankings, particularly the progression of our Personal Injury and Contentious Probate teams, and to see Adam, Nasar and Harbinder recognised individually.
We’d like to thank everyone across our teams who has contributed to these achievements, as well as our clients and professional contacts who continue to place their trust in us.
