Nasar is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution department.

Nasar’s work mostly consists of Intermediate and Multi Track litigation, acting for businesses and individuals in both the High Court and the County Court.

In a Commercial context, he deals with a broad range of contentious matters predominantly with Contractual claims arising in a variety of different industries; from breach of contract, misrepresentation to breach of warranty claims. Nasar has also achieved significant damages for clients in negligence claims.

Nasar has a particular interest in Construction disputes and is experienced in adjudication and other Alternative Dispute Resolution processes. He is often referred disputes from the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) to act for building companies.

Clients welcome his pragmatic and commercially savvy advice at an early stage to reduce exposure to costs and often adopt the strategies he recommends.

Away from the office, Nasar enjoys all things football (watching, playing, coaching), reading and travelling.
