Sean Spinetto is a Director & Head of our Agriculture & Strategic Land Development, specialising in rural and development matters. He advises rural clients on all property matters from agricultural tenancies, renewable energy schemes and the buying and selling of farms and land, and is also experienced in advising on general partnership matters.  Sean also acts for landowners and developers in the purchase and sale of development sites, conditional contracts, options, promotion agreements, development and overage or clawback agreements.

Sean studied for his law degree and diploma in legal practice in Nottingham, and is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and Country Land and Business Association.
