Kickstart your career in law. Our vacation scheme is returning once again for 2026. Spend a week inside a leading law firm, gaining real insight into legal careers, building connections, and exploring your future.
Join us at our flagship Waterfront office from the 3rd August 2026 for our Graduate Vacation Scheme. We receive a high number of applications each year, so we encourage early submission.
About the Graduate Vacation Scheme
Our Graduate Vacation Scheme is the perfect first step on your journey to becoming a lawyer, designed for final-year university students and graduates who want to explore a career in law.
Over the course of one week, 3rd – 7th August 2026, you’ll gain real insight into how a modern law firm operates, experience different areas of legal practice, and start to understand where your interests and strengths lie.
You do not need a law degree to apply. We are looking for motivated individuals who are curious about the legal profession and keen to learn.
It’s our intention that you will end the scheme with invaluable experience, new and meaningful connections, and a heightened sense of career direction.
What You’ll Experience
Whether you find yourself drafting documents, creating a presentation, attending client meetings, researching cases, or even observing in court, you’ll be guided by our experts and working alongside similarly talented and driven aspiring lawyers.
Throughout the week, you will:
- Work alongside our lawyers on real legal tasks and client work
- Take part in practical workshops, training, and presentations
- Gain exposure to a variety of practice areas and departments
- Build connections with trainees, associates, and senior leaders
- Attend a midweek social event (Wednesday evening)
- Present your ideas and receive personalised feedback.

Authenticity matters to us.
