Syiane Knowles is a Solicitor in our Residential Property team, based in our Halesowen office.

Syiane is a solicitor specialising in private residential conveyancing, with experience across a wide range of property transactions, including freehold purchases and sales, shared ownership matters, and company purchases. She supports clients through every stage of the conveyancing process, providing clear guidance to help navigate the complexities of property law.

Syiane completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Birmingham in 2017, before going on to complete her Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law at the University of Warwick in 2022.

She began her legal career at Davisons Law, progressing from the New Business Team to Legal Assistant and Paralegal, before qualifying as a solicitor in 2022. During her training contract, she managed her own caseload alongside supporting the Head of Department. Following qualification, she joined a new firm where she handled a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
