David Emery-Jones is a Director & Solcitior in our Trusts & Estates team, based in our Kidderminster office.

David specialises in probate, estate planning and inheritance tax mitigation throgh the use of appropriately drafted wills, lasting powers of attorney and trust instruments.

Having completed the academic stage of his legal qualifications at the Univeristy of Wolverhamption, David went on to qualify as a Solicitor at a large law firm in Birmingham.

David has spent over twenty years practising as a Trusts and Estate Solicitor in and around the West Midlands, Herefordshire and Worcestershire advising and assisting private individuals and couples, farming and business owning families with the planning and organisation of their estates and affairs to protect them for themselves and future generations.
