We’re delighted to share some exciting news about our performance in the newly released 2026 Legal 500 rankings.
This year, four of our departments have been recognised in the prestigious guide, with our Commercial Litigation and Company-Commercial teams maintaining their strong Tier 2 and Tier 4 positions. We’re also especially proud that our Family Law team and Trusts & Estates team have made their debut in the rankings, achieving Tier 3 and Tier 4 recognition respectively, at the first time of asking.
Looking ahead to 2026, we’re thrilled that both our Contentious Probate and Personal Injury (acting for claimants) teams have been identified as “Firms to Watch.” These departments have experienced significant growth over the past year — with our Personal Injury team even earning national press coverage for a high-profile clinical negligence case. Recognition from the Legal 500 reflects the outstanding work of our people and the results we’re achieving for clients every day.
This recognition is the latest chapter in our four-year growth journey. Since 2021, we’ve more than doubled our turnover — from £18m to more than £40m — won national and regional awards, and continued to expand our footprint across the Midlands and beyond.
As our CEO, Dave Hodgetts, puts it:
