Nicholas Playford is a Director & Solicitor in our Agriculture and Strategic Land Development Team, based in our Market Drayton Office.

Nick has been a qualified solicitor since 2007 and has focused on the rural sector throughout his career. He moved to Market Drayton in 2017 and, since 2014, has worked at firms across Shropshire and Cheshire, developing strong agricultural expertise and versatility.

Nick specialises in transactional matters involving land, including residential properties with accompanying land. He also advises on option agreements, overage agreements, partnership arrangements, telecommunications, renewable energy projects, and tenancy agreements.
