Delivering an Employee Ownership focused all-staff event has been a long-held ambition within the business.

On Tuesday 14th January 2025, we were able to achieve that ambition for the first time since becoming an Employee Owned Trust.

A Special Day

We were joined by colleagues from across our 12 offices for a day which included:

  • Sharing our 3-year roadmap for the business with all of our employee-owners
  • Reflecting on a record-breaking 2024 and celebrating the contributions that made it possible
  • 20 departmental market stalls delivered like a business expo so that colleagues could visit and learn about all areas of the business and the different departments that make up Talbots Law
  • Q & A sessions with all Heads of Department so that team members could ask any and every question they had direct to senior leadership
  • Networking and team building after the formal event to keep those conversations flowing

Transparency lies at the heart of employee-ownership and we are delighted to have had the opportunity to involve our entire team in the past, present and future of their business.
