Richard Downing is a Manager in our Client & Referrer Relationship Team, part of our Residential Property team, based at our Waterfront office.

He is responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with significant clients and key contacts, co-ordinating between the legal teams and portal users to ensure enquiries and milestones are fully up to date.  Richard has previously been a project coordinator for a Homelifts company for two years, and prior to that had 9 years’ experience as a Lettings Manager within a local estate agents.
