Rajni Kandola is a Senior Associate and Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team, specialising in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury claims. She is based in our Telford office but supports clients across Shropshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

completed her Law degree at the University of Wolverhampton, graduating with First Class Honours, before undertaking the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 at a national firm and has since built extensive expertise in personal injury litigation.

Rajni now specialises exclusively in complex clinical negligence claims and high value personal injury and employer’s liability cases. Her caseload routinely involves multiple experts, intricate issues of liability and causation and significant quantum disputes.

Rajni is committed to ongoing professional development and maintaining strong industry relationships. She regularly attends business development events, legal seminars and sector conferences to remain at the forefront of developments within clinical negligence and serious injury litigation.”
