Rachel Jones is a Senior Conveyancing Executive in our New Build National Team, based at our Waterfront office, with over 20 years experience in dealing with new build and residential transactions.

She gained much of her experience with one of the country’s largest developers, dealing with individual and bulk transactions, housing association sales, leasehold properties, intercompany sales, and the setting up of small development sites.
