Patrick is an Associate and Chartered Legal Executive in the Private Residential Property Team based at our Stourbridge office and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx).  He is an experienced Residential Conveyancer dealing with a whole variety of property transactions including specialist work on Leasehold properties whilst assisting a range of clients from first time buyers to limited companies.

Patrick has been working in property since 2016, having started his career at a law firm in Worcester, before joining a large firm in Edgbaston.  From there he rose from a paralegal to a fee earner, and has been carrying out conveyancing matters since the start of 2018.

He then relocated to the Jewellery Quarter, where he worked for a Legal 500 law firm in Birmingham, where he was the lead conveyancer in the City Centre office, handling, mostly, high value leasehold sales and purchases within the the City Centre.
