Nerinder Sira is an Associate & Solicitor in our Residential Property team, based in our Edgbaston office.

Nerinder is an experienced Residential Conveyancer, predominantly handling freehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, Right to Buy matters, remortgages, and buy-to-let transactions for both private and corporate clients. She also supports Punjabi-speaking clients, helping them navigate the conveyancing process with confidence.

Nerinder graduated from Coventry University with an LLB (Hons) in 2011 and went on to complete her LPC in 2013. She began her legal career at a local high street firm, where she spent 13 years progressing through the ranks, qualifying in 2017 and becoming a Director in 2019.

Having gained a wealth of experience, Nerinder has joined Talbots to further develop her expertise and continue delivering a high standard of client service.
