Molly Clarke is a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution team based at our Stourbridge office.  She primarily supports Jagdip Bains on high value commercial litigation matters, and works on small claims cases independently under Jagdip’s supervision.

She started her law career in family law, predominantly Care proceedings, and completed her LLB (Hons) from the Open University in 2023.  Molly then moved into the in-house legal team for the NHS, and started at Talbots in the Dispute Resolution team in March 2024.  She is currently studying SQE
