Jessica Hilditch is an Associate Solicitor & Head of Shrewsbury Property Team in the Residential Property team, working from our Shrewsbury office.

Jessica is an Associate Solicitor in our Private Residential Property team based at the Shrewsbury office. She advises clients on a wide range of matters including sales, purchases, transfers, re-mortgages, shared ownership, right to buy, and new build transactions.

After completing her law degree in Bristol and the Legal Practice Course, Jessica returned to her hometown of Shrewsbury. She began her career in the criminal law field before gaining experience in residential property during her Training Contract. Qualifying as a Solicitor in 2014, she chose to specialise in residential property and has never looked back.

Over the years, Jessica has built extensive experience working in both Shrewsbury and Telford, assisting clients with every aspect of residential property law. In 2025, she joined Talbots, bringing her local knowledge and client-focused approach to the team.
