Helen Alexander is a Senior Associate & Solicitor in our Trusts & Estates team, based in our Shrewsbury office.

Helen is an experienced Private Client Solicitor with over 11 years’ post-qualification experience, advising on all aspects of private client law. She provides clear, straightforward guidance, particularly on complex and sensitive matters, and takes pride in building strong relationships with both new and returning clients.

Helen qualified as a solicitor in 2014 at a high street firm in Shropshire and has since worked across both high street and commercial firms, supporting a wide range of clients, including those with high net worth estates.

Her expertise includes wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney for both personal and business matters, estate administration, including cross-border estates and those involving agricultural and business property relief, Court of Protection applications, tax planning, and trusts.

Helen achieved her STEP Diploma and became a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) in 2020. She is an accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers and sits on the STEP Cheshire Committee. She is also a Dementia Friend and has completed leadership training through the NQUAL Leadership Excellence programme.
