Charlene Hickman is a Conveyancing Executive in our Private Residential Team, based in our Waterfront office (remote).

Charlene is an experienced fee earner specialising in remortgage and transfer of equity matters, with over 18 years’ experience handling these types of transactions. She is known for her professional and friendly approach, always striving to exceed the expectations of clients, lenders, and colleagues alike.

Charlene has since built an extensive career in conveyancing, developing particular expertise in remortgage and transfer of equity work. Alongside managing her own caseload, she has a strong track record of mentoring and supporting new team members to become confident, high-performing Fee Earners, while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and service delivery throughout every transaction.
