Brinder Vijsir is a Senior Associate & Head of Product in our IT & Communications Team, based in our Waterfront office.

As Head of Product, Brinder leads the vision, design and delivery of technology solutions that enhance both the way legal teams work and how clients experience the firm’s services. He brings deep expertise in legal technology, coupled with a commitment to developing intuitive, scalable products that improve efficiency, strengthen collaboration and elevate client service.

Brinder holds a BSc (Hons) in Business & Information Technology from Leeds Beckett University, is ITIL certified, and has achieved Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications through the University of Bedfordshire.

With more than 25 years’ experience at the intersection of technology and legal services, Brinder has spearheaded major transformation programmes that have reshaped how law firms operate. His career has focused on modernising systems, streamlining processes and implementing innovative solutions that empower teams and drive stronger client outcomes.

Before stepping into his current role as Head of Product, Brinder held several senior leadership positions, including Head of Technology Change and Head of Technology Innovation. In these roles, he oversaw firmwide system improvements, digital process optimisation and the development of new product initiatives—each contributing to enhanced operational performance and supporting the firm’s strategic growth.
