Aneta Whitbread is a Conveyancing Executive in our National Conveyancing Department, based in our Waterfront office (remote).

Aneta is an experienced Conveyancing Executive with over 10 years’ experience in the legal industry. Having progressed from administration and legal support roles into a fee-earning position, she has developed a strong understanding of the full conveyancing transaction lifecycle and provides a client-focused, commercially aware approach to her work.

She specialises in a wide range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, refinancing, investment properties, probate transactions, and matters involving LPAs and deputyship. Aneta is experienced in independently managing high-volume caseloads and handling complex transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of client care throughout.

Aneta holds a Legal Secretaries Diploma from The Institute of Legal Secretaries and PAs and has completed both Level 4 and Level 6 Diplomas in Conveyancing Law and Practice through the Law Training Centre (Kent), alongside a Diploma in Managing Client and Office Accounts (Conveyancing).
