Alicia Di Scenza is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial Team, working from our Stourbridge office.
Alicia has extensive experience across corporate and commercial law, advising businesses on a broad range of transactions and strategic matters. Her work includes company sales and acquisitions—covering both share and asset deals—management buyouts, corporate restructuring, and drafting shareholders’ and partnership agreements. She is also experienced in preparing articles of association, managing company incorporations, and designing employee share option schemes.
In addition to her corporate expertise, Alicia regularly drafts and negotiates commercial contracts, including terms and conditions, supply agreements, software contracts and wider commercial agreements. She has supported clients from a variety of sectors such as technology, construction, manufacturing, goods and services, and health and dental.
Alicia studied Law at Aston University in Birmingham before completing a Master’s in Law at the University of Birmingham, graduating with Distinction and specialising in international commercial and trade law. While working as a paralegal, she completed the Solicitors Qualifying Exams with Barbri, achieving results within the top quintile.
Her legal career began at Quality Solicitors Parkinson Wright, where she worked as a conveyancing paralegal for just over a year. She then joined Hughes Paddison Solicitors, spending two years as a corporate and commercial paralegal before qualifying as a solicitor in November 2024 via the SQE route.
Alicia went on to gain valuable in-house experience as Legal Counsel at Ecotricity Group Limited, providing her with a strong understanding of the commercial drivers behind business decisions and the needs of an internal legal function. She has since returned to private practice, where she continues to deliver practical, commercially-focused advice to her clients.
