We’re celebrating a fantastic milestone here at Talbots Law, with four of our colleagues having qualified as solicitors and three new trainees embarking on their training contracts.
Amelia Smith, Bradley Walton, Isra Bhatti and Tamika Reid have all successfully completed their training and qualified as solicitors, marking an important achievement in their legal careers.
Amelia will be staying on in our Dispute Resolution team, while Bradley and Isra will be continuing to put their expertise to work within our Conveyancing team. Tamika has returned to our Trusts & Estates team in Worcester, after spending part of her training contract supporting clients in our Crime team.
Qualifying as a solicitor is the culmination of years of hard work, dedication and commitment, and we’re incredibly proud to see all four colleagues take this next step in their professional journeys.
At the same time, we’re delighted to welcome three new trainees who are beginning their own journeys towards qualification.
Lauren Thompson will undertake her contract in our Family team, while Reale Beckford and Tia Miah begin their training contracts within Conveyancing.
Our trainee solicitor programme provides colleagues with the opportunity to develop their legal knowledge, gain practical experience and learn from experienced professionals across the firm, supporting them as they work towards becoming qualified solicitors.
As an employee-owned law firm, investing in our people and creating opportunities for colleagues to develop their careers is an important part of who we are. Seeing four colleagues achieve qualification while welcoming three new trainees is a wonderful reflection of that commitment.
Congratulations to Amelia, Bradley, Isra and Tamika on their well-deserved qualification, and a huge “good luck” to Lauren, Reale and Tia. We wish all seven every success as they take their next steps with Talbots Law.
