Rachel Raybould-Dear is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property, based in our Telford office. 

Rachel assists in a multitude of commercial property work including both leasehold and freehold transactions. She is particularly interested in sales/acquisitions, leasehold and re-financing transactions.

Rachel qualified in March 2024 at a regional firm after obtaining a First Class (Honours) degree from the University of Birmingham in 2020 and the Legal Practice Course (Solicitors) LLM at BPP University, graduating with a Distinction in 2021.

Rachel started working as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property Team of a regional firm in 2021. From there, she completed two years as a Paralegal assisting a Partner with a varied caseload. She then began her training contract with a focus on Commercial Property work. Alongside this, she is an active member of the Shropshire Junior Lawyers Division and enjoys junior professional networking events.
