Fiona Boxwell is a Director & Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial team, based in our Stourbridge office.

Fiona prides herself on being an experiences and skilled corporate lawyer having specialised in corporate law for over 35 years. She advises on all aspects of acquisition, exit, sale, restructure and business relationships, specialising in SME sector with owner managers.

Fiona qualified in October 1990 with a law degree from Birmingham University.
