Ricky is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team based at the Waterfront, specialising in Property Litigation and has experience dealing with matters on behalf of residential and commercial landlords.  His expertise includes serving Section 25 notices, forfeiture, breach of covenant claims, deposit disputes and serving Section 8 and Section 21 notices.

After gaining an LLB in Law with Criminology in 2013 at Nottingham Trent University, and completing his Legal Practice Course part time in 2018, Ricky qualified as a Solicitor in October 2023, on completion of his training contract at Enoch Evans LLP.

Ricky has worked as a paralegal for a number of firms including Irwin Mitchell LLP, Knights PLC and Hogan Lovells, gaining experience in a wide range of private client and Court of Protection matters.
