Mary manages all elements of our recruitment process from initial enquiries to offer stage, and is based our Waterfront office within the HR team.

She has a genuine interest in people and career development, and focuses on our recruitment strategies aligned with the Company’s ambitious plans to grow and acquire.

With more than 8 years of extensive recruitment experience across a variety of sectors, including technical and fast-paced environments, Mary enjoys the challenge of understanding business requirements and finding that in a potential employee that can have a successful career with us.

Away from work, Mary is a very sporty person, and enjoys watching a variety of sport, especially cricket, and currently scores for Stourbridge Cricket Club.  She also loves to cook, normally too much food, and to try out a variety of new cuisines and dishes.  Her adventurous nature is not only limited to cooking but also loves travel, and she is always up for exploring the world.
