This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer looking to take ownership of a varied, high‑quality caseload and play a key role within a growing and high‑performing team. You’ll work closely with a broad range of commercial clients, handle interesting and complex matters, and have the support to further develop your expertise in acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development work and secured lending.

What does the job involve?
- Assisting, conducting and managing various Commercial Property transactions including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.
- Drafting reviewing, amending and issuing legal documentation including various transaction reports to clients and professional lenders.
- Developing a good working knowledge of the case management system whilst working efficiently, effectively and professionally.
- Supporting colleagues within the department as well as liaising with existing and new clients.
What you need?
- Qualified Solicitor with approx. 1–5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters from instruction to completion
- Excellent client-care focus and communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, organised and motivated to develop your career
- Good knowledge of the local commercial property market
