Karen Gray

Legal Executive (Fellow)

Karen is a Legal Executive (Fellow) in the family department at Talbots' Dudley office.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives having qualified in 2005. She has carried out work in many areas of law but has specialised in family law. She has been awarded Family Law Advanced Accreditation from the Law Society, recognising her expertise and specialism in all children matters, but particularly where there is domestic violence.

Karen is also a member of Resolution, a body of some 6,500 members comprising family lawyers and other professionals committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes. Members follow a code of practice that promotes a non-confrontational approach to family problems,

Karen specialises in divorce, financial remedy and her specialism also extends to those who have suffered domestic abuse and require injunctions. She also deals in all aspects of children matters to include child arrangements where a child shall live and who the child shall spend time with, prohibited steps, removal from jurisdiction.

Karen also advises in relation to pre-nuptial agreements, post nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.

She has a wealth of knowledge in the family law field and offers clients a sensitive and understanding approach whilst ensuring the best interests of her clients are met and offers a conciliatory but firm approach for a successful and cost effective outcome.

She has three children who are all teenagers and they like to keep her busy! Karen also enjoys walking her dog and loves fine wine and spa days with her friends.
