Natasha Malik is a Solicitor in the New Homes Team based at our Edgbaston office.

After being awarded her LLB (Hons) from the University of Law in 2020, and her LPC in 2021, Natasha joined Talbots as a legal assistant.  This was her first job in the legal sector, straight out of university, and she has successfully progressed through various roles before undertaking a training contract as the final step to qualifying as a solicitor.

Although Natasha specialises in new build conveyancing, she also has experience and undertakes work in residential sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.  She works with all kinds of clients, including first time buyers, company purchasers, and shared ownership housing clients.
