Makhan is a Private Client Solicitor, specialising in wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate, and trusts. Having worked in the legal sector since 2018, Makhan advises individuals and families on estate planning, succession, and wealth preservation, helping clients navigate complex and sensitive circumstances with clarity and care.

Makhan began building extensive expertise in estate administration at Co-op Legal Services before spending three years as a Probate Advisor. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2024, Makhan has expanded his practice to cover the full spectrum of private client law, including trust-related work and early-stage contentious probate proceedings. This broad background enables Makhan to offer well-rounded, comprehensive legal support at every stage of life and estate planning.
