Ellie Lawlor is a Trainee Conveyancing Executive in our National Conveyancing Department, based in our Cannock office, assisting clients with the sale and purchase of residential property.

Prior to joining Talbots, Ellie worked at Band Hatton Button as a Senior Paralegal in the residential department, managing a varied caseload of residential matters. She also supported the Head of Department and fee earners with complex cases, ensuring smooth workflow across the team.

Ellie is approachable and proactive, keeping clients informed throughout the process and guiding them through what can be a stressful time.
