Birmingham Triathlon

Four of our superfit Talbots team are facing their ultimate fitness challenge by taking part in the Birmingham Triathlon in June.

Our team of 4TriBots are Matt Wistow, Joe Foley, Jack Pugh and Katie Howson who are all busy training hard so that they arrive at Sutton Park in the peak of physical fitness for their individual challenges.

Matt will be tackling the Olympic Triathlon, swimming 1500m, followed by 40k cycling and finishing up with a 10k run.  Joe and Jack have opted for the Sprint, with a 750m swim, 20k cycle, and a 5k run.  Katie Howson is taking part in the "fun" triathlon with a 200m swim, 10k cycling and a 2.5k run.  They are all looking to raise at least £500 each for our nominated charity, Birmingham Children's Hospital, and you can help them by donating - just follow the Donate Now link.  Click on the grey button to read more about Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity and the great work they do for our children.
