Nicola Deutsch is a Senior Associate & Solicitor in our Commercial Property Team, based in our Sandbach office.

Nicola is a highly experienced solicitor, admitted in January 1985, with over 40 years’ post-qualification experience. She was previously a Partner at SAS Daniels and Slater Heelis.

Nicola specialises in acting for developers and landowners on the sale and purchase of land for residential development. She provides expert advice on conditional contracts, option and promotion agreements, site set-ups, and the drafting and renegotiation of Section 106 agreements.

She has extensive experience acting for registered providers of social and affordable housing in site acquisitions and development set-ups, as well as advising landowners and national developers. Nicola has also worked in-house for both a local authority and national developers, and was the lead lawyer on a major North West regeneration scheme for registered providers.
